Our story
Action Electric Company was founded in 1947 in Sioux Falls. The current owners purchased the business in 1983 and have grown it into one of the region's most trusted electrical and foundation drilling contractors. The Foundation Drilling division formalizes a service we've been quietly running for decades — drilled piers and footings for our own electrical projects and a lengthening list of GC partners.

Our equipment
Pressure diggers drill 16"–60" diameter holes up to 30 ft deep in most soil types. Digger derricks reach into tight spots with 12"–36" holes up to 16 ft deep. Together, they cover almost every foundation drilling situation we see across the Sioux Empire.
